Beyond Benefits is Barclays’ employee benefits proposition designed to offer financial education, workplace banking and consultancy services.
Brincat joins from Curo Compensation where he served as a director and investor for over a year and counts three years as Thomsons Online Benefits relationship director among his 12 years of experience.
