Barclays Bank Ireland has appointed Sasha Wiggins as its new CEO, where she will be responsible for wealth management, corporate, and investment banking businesses.
Wiggins, who joined Barclays in 2002, will take up her position with immediate effect and will be based in Dublin.

She succeeds Andrew Hastings, who announced his intention to leave Barclays to focus on other opportunities in September last year.
Wiggins most recently served as managing director within the Barclays Wealth & Investment Management division in London, where she headed up the bank’s Charities and Professionals businesses.
With over 20 years of investment experience, Sasha is a Chartered Wealth Manager and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
