Barclays Wealth and Investment Management has appointed Janice Turnbull as a vice president and trust and fiduciary specialist within its Isle of Man trust business.
Turnbull has practised as an advocate in the Isle of Man for 15 years, specialising in corporate and commercial law.

Turnbull has extensive experience in fiduciary matters, and recently worked in-house as part of the business control unit in the fiduciary division of an international bank.
Having trained and practiced in the banking department of Cains, she has joined the Financial Supervision Commission as a legal policy adviser before establishing her own legal practice.
Janice said. "Our trust and fiduciary specialist team enables us to ensure that our service delivery to clients is of the highest quality and that we meet exacting business objectives. Whilst we do not advise clients in legal or tax matters, we work closely with external advisers to ensure client objectives are met."
The Barclays trust business currently has 70 client-facing employees in the Isle of Man.
