Luxembourg-based private bank Banque Havilland has acquired a majority stake in the private banking business of Banque Pasche in Liechtenstein.
The acquisition is part of Banque Havilland’s strategy to build an international private banking group that targets HNW individual’s primarily from regions with high growth potential.

Banque Havilland will rename its new subsidiary as Banque Havilland (Liechtenstein) AG.
