"Our investment management approach emphasizes the protection of investor capital as a goal of equal importance to strong total returns," Ballew said.

"We structured Consilium Capital to provide the flexibility required to manage assets more nimbly via one account in response to potentially fast changes in global market conditions," he added.

Consilium’s portfolio is expected to range from a completely hedged equity and long fixed income portfolio to a 100% globally diversified equity portfolio.

Ballew and Dale share combined investment management experience in excess of 60 years. Both serve in their parent company’s SEC registered investment advisory firm that manages assets for individuals, foundations, ERISA plans and institutions.
