Baird, a US-based international wealth management firm, has selected CAIS as the enterprise alternative investment platform for its financial advisers.
The technology vendor said that its platform will enable Baird to enjoy direct integration between its enterprise portal and the CAIS platform, offering advisers the ease of use they need when engaging with the multiple systems they rely upon to serve their customers.

Baird director and senior product manager for alternative investments Dayna Kleinman said: “The CAIS platform provides the turnkey access to high-quality alternative investment funds that Baird has been looking for. Baird advisors can now turn to the CAIS platform when seeking institutional alternative investment options for clients.”
Baird, which was established in 1919, has over 3,400 associates and has more than $170bn in client assets under management.
CAIS, an open-architecture alternative investment product platform, currently has approximately 600 unique advisers/firms transacting on the platform.
