Baird, an international, employee-owned wealth management, capital markets, private equity and asset management firm, has added The Andersen Group, a father-son financial advisor team, in its Chicago wealth management office.
The team, which includes financial advisors Richard Andersen, senior vice president, and Eric Andersen, vice president, brings more than 45 years of combined industry experience to Baird. They are joined by registered client relationship associate Sandra Padilla.

Richard Andersen joins Baird from UBS Financial Services, where he had been since 2006 as a senior vice president – wealth management. He began his career in 1982 with the former Kidder, Peabody & Co, moving to Paine Webber after it acquired the firm in 1995.
Eric Andersen also joins from UBS, where he had been since 2006 as a vice president – wealth management. He began his career in 1998 with RBC Dain Rauscher.
