To enrich advisers’ user experience and make investing through the platform as easy as possible, enhancements have been made to four key areas:
Access deeper industry intelligence
Experience unmatched clarity with a single platform that combines unique data, AI, and human expertise.
-Investment selection: to coincide with the addition of over 1,000 new clean share classes, the investment selection pages have been refreshed so that advisers can easily identify different share classes that are available.
-New business: the new business screens have been streamlined so that advisers and their clients can choose whether to provide bank account details upfront or in the future when clients wish to start receiving payments from their investments.
-Pension drawdown: improvements to the pension drawdown sections of the platform allow advisers to see the drawdown options available to their clients online, provide improved summary information of a client’s position as well as setting and amending their income requirements.
-Notifications: where an adviser needs to manage the clients holdings on Elevate they will receive a new email notification that clearly states what action is required for which clients, with the ability to click through to Elevate to action immediately. Critical and time sensitive alerts, for example GAD review dates, are mandatory to ensure nothing is missed.
