The 11 AllianceBernstein funds include concentrated US equity, concentrated global equity, diversified yield plus, emerging markets multi asset, European flexible equity, global core equity, global equity income, global plus fixed income, real assets, short duration high yield and unconstrained bond.

Axa Wealth managing director of business development and proposition David Thompson said: "These new funds from AllianceBernstein offer our advisers something a little bit different, suitable for the whole investment journey.

"This is especially important in pensions, where we’re seeing more demand for investment choice in both the accumulation and de-accumulation phase."

AllianceBernstein fund manager Jim Tierney said: "Over the last four decades we have faithfully carried out our rigorous selection process, focusing on around 20 companies that, we believe, can deliver sustainable earnings growth of at least 10% annually over the next five years and be far in excess of broader market earnings rates."
