AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) has named Monique Diaz as new global head of compliance reporting to Christian Gissler, global head of risks and controls.
Monique will be based in Paris and will oversee AXA IM’s compliance teams across the globe.

Monique, who joined AXA Group in 1989, was most recently AXA IM’s head of compliance in France.
Commenting on the appointment, Gissler said: "Monique’s role is to further enhance compliance at a global level and ensure that our business continues to be fully aligned with our framework of standards and regulations.
"She will be responsible for supporting and developing the local compliance teams through the sharing of best practice and refinement of processes," Gissler added.
