Avoca Capital, an European credit investment manager with 6bn assets under management, has made two board appointments.
Darren Carter becomes a Non-Executive Director and Clayton Perry, currently Head of Business Development at Avoca, joins the Board as an Executive Director.

Mr. Carter is the former CEO of KBC Financial Products, the investment banking division of KBC Bank, and current Non-Executive Chairman of Peel Hunt. Mr. Carter is an existing Partner and Non-Executive Chairman of Avoca’s convertible bond business which was established in December 2011.
Mr. Perry joined Avoca in March 2010 and has overall responsibility for Business Development across all of Avoca’s products. Mr. Perry was formerly Head of Global CLO Business at Credit Suisse.
