Avendus Wealth Management, a subsidiary of Avendus Capital, has named Arvind Bansal as new head of products.
Based in Mumbai, Bansal will report to George Mitra, CEO of Avendus Wealth Management.

In his new role, Bansal will be responsible for strengthening the existing product capabilities in equity, fixed income and real estate asset classes.
Operating as a part of the leadership team, he will oversee the development of alternatives asset class practice for wealth management, with special emphasis on private equity and leverage Avendus group’s strength in the business.
Bansal has joined Avendus from asset management firm Ocean Dial. He previously worked as CIO for the multi-manager business of ING Mutual Fund and also at KPMG and Prudential ICICI.
