US-based Aston Asset Management has introduced the ASTON/Pictet International Fund that will invest primarily in companies based in the developed markets of Europe, Australasia, and Far East (EAFE).
Aston said that it will act as the investment adviser to the fund while Pictet Asset Management will act as sub adviser and will be responsible for the fund management.

According to Aston, the fund will expand a portfolio of foreign companies trading at a discount based on its calculation of intrinsic value.
The company said that the fund will be managed by Fabio Paolini, head of EAFE Equities and developed equities team at Pictet Asset Management.
Paolini will work alongside senior investment manager Swee-Kheng Lee, investment manager Benjamin Beneche, as well as senior client portfolio manager, Charlie Price.
