The new Leeds office is expected to accommodate 130 employees, which is twice the company’s previous offices in Lisbon Square.

The company believes that the expanded staff band would increase its expansion opportunities.

Ashcourt Rowan chief executive Jonathan Polin said that the firm was always keen to grow its footprint in Leeds, citing it as an ideal location given the wealth of local skills in financial services across the board.

"King Street is a more central location, convenient for clients and professional connections and will put us firmly in the heart of professional life in Leeds."
