Wealth manager Ashcourt Rowan has appointed Jamie Frere-Scott to the role of funds director.
Frere-Scott will succeed Alan Scrimger, and will be part of the company’s research team. He will report to asset management CEO Harry Burnham.

Scrimger quit the firm to join boutique investment manager IPS Capital in March last year. He served in the capacity of Ashcourt’s fund research head on a consultant basis.
Frere-Scott most recently served as head of research at Mobius Life. He was designated as lead manager on their UK fixed income and UK equity funds and co-manager of the multi strategy & world equity funds.
