Scrimger will report to CIO Toni Meadows and will be a part of the eight-member research tem .
He will also be a member of Ashcourt Rowan’s Central Investment Team.

As the head of funds research, Scrimger will be responsible for enhancing the Group’s fund research capabilities, and will have to work closely with investment managers and advisers from across the business to develop a market leading research proposition that delivers the best possible results for clients.
Before joining Ashcourt Rowan, Scrimger had worked at Standard Life where he was a key member of the team that built the company’s investment proposition in 2010, which was ultimately responsible for raising GBP1 billion of new assets.
Further, he had also built and led the fund research team and was responsible for the creation and evolution of its multi-manager product range, Myfolio.
