Offshore legal firm Appleby has expanded its fund practice by hiring Sailaja Alla as a partner in Cayman.
She has 15 years of funds experience and specializes in the formation, maintenance and restructuring of a range of investment funds utilising corporate, partnership and unit trust structures.

Alla is returning to Appleby having spent seven years with the firm from 2000-2007 in Cayman and Hong Kong before leaving to join another offshore firm. Since last three years, she was associated with Harney.
