ANZ has launched a new platform for its wealth customers called Grow Centre in Sydney.
The new IT centre is part of the company’s plan to establish similar centres in other areas, and helps the customers to connect, protect and grow their wealth, by bringing together digital solutions and personal service.

ANZ global wealth CEO Joyce Phillips said: "Grow by ANZ is a new platform for ANZ to deliver innovative wealth solutions across the physical, digital and advice space to help customers grow their knowledge, their confidence and their wealth."
ANZ believes that customer insight is still important when it comes to making wealth maangement decisions and customers prefer human touch.
The Grow Centre will help customers to download apps to their smart phone or tablet, show them how to manage their wealth online and answer questions about super, investments or insurance.
Phillips further added that ANZ plans to launch its digital app and open other centres in Melbourne, Auckland and Singapore over the next year.
