Known as the First Eagle Amundi Income Builder Fund, the Luxembourg-domiciled and Ucits-compliant fund seeks to generate current income while focusing on long-term capital growth.

The sub-fund will be managed by a team of four portfolio managers including Giorgio Caputo and Rob Hordon, who will work within the global value team, as well as Sean Slein and Edward Meigs who work within the credit team at First Eagle.

The fund, which follows a bottom-up strategy, will focus on investments in dividend-paying equities, high-yield stocks as well as bonds with attractive coupons.

The fund is non-benchmarked and the distributions of the fund on a quarterly basis will be 5% per annum.
