AMG Wealth Partners, a subsidiary of Affiliated Managers Group, has completed its investment in myCIO Wealth Partners.
Based in Philadelphia, myCIO employs 30 staff led by senior partners David Lees, James Biles and Paul Bracaglia.

AMG said that myCIO’s senior professionals have agreed to long-term commitments with the firm as part of the deal.
Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
