American Beacon Advisors, a US-based privately owned investment manager, has launched the American Beacon Earnest Partners Emerging Markets Equity Fund.
The fund, which commenced operations on 19 September 2013, will offer five classes of shares such as ABEEX (Institutional Class), ABEVX (Investor Class), ABEGX (Y Class), ABEAX (A Class) and ABETX (C Class).

American Beacon Advisors said that the fund aims to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing in equity securities of companies based in emerging markets.

EARNEST Partners, a registered investment advisor with US$21 billion in assets under management as of 30 June 2013, is sub-advisor of the newly launched fund.
