Alter Domus, a fund and corporate services provider, has been authorised by the Luxembourg Financial Regulator (CSSF) to offer depositary services in the country.

Additionally, Alter Domus has launched the depositary service to assist its clients to meet the requirement for funds under the AIFM Directive to appoint an independent depositary.

Alter Domus will also offer full depositary services to private equity and real estate clients.

Alter Domus is also expecting to launch depositary services in the UK following the regulatory approval from the FCA.
