Alter Domus, a global provider of fund and corporate services, has acquired O’ Donovan Stewart Corporate Services (ODS) in Ireland for an undisclosed sum.
O’Donovan Stewart Corporate Services offers corporate services to client companies such as aircraft leasing and aircraft owning from the US, South Africa, Europe and Asia.

Under the deal, all the existing ODS employees will join Alter Domus.
Additionally, founding director of ODS, Peter Stewart, will continue to serve as an independent executive director of Alter Domus (Ireland) Limited.
