Singapore-based AlfaSec Advisors has appointed Philippe Metoudi as managing director for its newly opened Hong Kong office.
Most recently, Metoudi was member of the executive board of Clearstream Banking. He served as chairman of the market committee and was responsible for customer relationships in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.

Prior to joining Clearstream Banking, he was with American Express Bank, working in Geneva, New York and Hong Kong.
Commenting on his appointment, Metoudi said: "I am honoured and delighted to join AlfaSec in partnership with Roger Harrold and Giles Elliott.
