Affiliated Managers Group (AMG), a global asset management firm, has completed the purchase of River Road Asset Management from Aviva Investors North America.
River Road’s executive team and key investment staff have agreed to remain with the firm.

The deal will enable River Road to maintain an ongoing relationship with Aviva via a number of sub-advisory mandates.
Following the deal, River Road will continue to manage the company’s US Equity Income funds.
