Advisor Group, a network of independent wealth managers, has named Jon Frojen as its new CFO.
Frojen most recently served as the CFO of United Capital, a boutique wealth management firm that was acquired by Goldman Sachs for $750m.

Frojen is said to have played an integral role in the acquisition.
He previously also worked as the CFO at Cetera Financial Group.
In the new role, he will report directly to Advisor Group president and CEO Jamie Price with the responsibility of setting the overall vision for the Finance Department.
At Advisor Group, Frojen will manage daily operations of the accounting, treasury, tax, procurement, commissions and financial planning and analysis departments.

Advisor Group manages more than $450bn in client assets and caters to around 11,300 financial professionals.
