Sovereign wealth Fund Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) has unveiled plans to close its office in London.

The move is expected to affect fewer than 20 jobs, reported Sky News.

ADIA does not disclose its total assets but the Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute estimates that the assets managed by ADIA were about $773bn.

ADIA, which was created in 1976, has billions of pounds invested in the UK. It invests in equities, bonds, private equity, infrastructure and real estate and employs 1,650 staff across 60 nations.
