ABN AMRO Private Banking has appointed senior banker Angela Wu to the position of managing director and market head, China, according to The Asset Magazine.

In her new role, Wu will join the North Asia management team and report to Ian Pollock, head of private banking North Asia.

Wu with over 25 years of experience joins ABN AMRO, from UBS, Credit Suisse and most recently China International Capital Corporation (CICC).

She joins together with Mike Sum and Angela Yuen, both senior private bankers, and Shirley Ho, assistant private banker.

Wu and her team, whose partnership extends over 10 years, join ABN AMRO with immediate effect and will be based in Hong Kong.
