Private Banker International (PBI) revealed the winners for the third annual Private Banker International Awards: London 2016. This year's winners were commemorated at a gala dinner ceremony at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in London on 15 June 2016

The Europe-focused awards celebrate the best among the private banks that are successfully serving wealthy clients across the region and act as a benchmark for excellence in the private banking industry.
There were 12 contested award categories alongside an Editor's Special award. Citi Private Bank scooped up three awards – Outstanding Private Bank in the UK serving International Clients, Outstanding Private Bank for Next Generation Proposition and Outstanding Private Bank for UHNW Clients. Societe Generale Private Banking and Coutts claimed two awards each. The Editor's Special Award for Most Innovative Business Model went to Swiss bank, Reyl & Cie.

The awards were preceded by an all-day conference that debated some of the most pertinent issues prevalent in the UK and European private banking markets as well as London's position as a global wealth management hub.
