ELIGIBLE INSTITUTIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL SERVICES SUMMIT AND AWARDS 2016 INCLUDE:
The CFXS Asia Awards mark an important continuum of Timetric’s regional awards for retail banking, wealth management, payments, and insurance, which recognize excellence by financial institutions in various geographies. The awards have been created to identify industry leaders and those individuals and organizations that are setting new standards in customer experience and engagement for the retail financial services sector.
The judging criteria include the ability of institutions to demonstrate a clear and unique strategy to grow their business, regionally or globally; institutions that have made the most investment in people and systems to develop their business; institutions showing the most innovation in products/services; institutions with demonstrably superior client services; and institutions that have strengthened and extended the global reach of their brands.

Submissions for nominations to the Customer Experience in Financial Services Awards are open from 4thJanuary to 24thMarch 2016. From the nominations, institutions or individuals will be short-listed for each award. The final selection is made by Timetric’s judging panel, comprising independent specialists in the financial services and our editorial staff.
