Guggenheim Partners, US-based financial services firm, has established a joint venture with a Abu Dhabi-based investment company KBBO Group.
Dubbed Guggenheim KBBO Partnersm, the joint venture will provide strategic advisory services including capital raising from global investors to companies in the Middle East.

It will also deliver global asset management services to Middle Eastern investors including family offices and institutional investors.
The joint venture will be headed by Hani Buttikhi, who now serves as an advisor to the chairman of KBBO Group.
The joint venture will integrate Guggenheim Partners global investment banking and asset management capabilities with KBBO’s expert insights and industry as well as market knowledge in the Middle East.
The Board of Guggenheim KBBO Partners includes Khalifa Butti Bin Omeir, founder and chairman of KBBO Group; Nabeel Abdulrahman, CEO of KBBO Group; and three members from Guggenheim Partners, including president Todd Boehly.
