Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon, an Ireland-based accounting and business advisory firm, has agreed to merge with Port Laoise accountancy practice Bardon Molumby.
The merger is expected to create up to 50 jobs over the next two years and the merged entity will operate under Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon brand.

The new roles will range from trainees to qualified professionals across both accountancy and business disciplines.
Upon completion of the merger, Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon will employ more than 150 professionals across offices in Dublin, Galway, Birr and Port Laoise.
