CNB Bank has launched a new private banking division and named James Davidson as new assistant vice president of private banking.
Based in Clearfield, Davidson will lead CNB’s newly created private banking division by providing a range of specialized products and customized services designed to meet the individual financial goals and circumstances of his clients.

The new private banking unit will also provide enhanced customization and personal service to CNB’s exclusive clientele.
Davidson, who joined CNB in 2003 as a management trainee, previously held roles such as community office manager, mortgage lending officer, mortgage underwriter, and banking officer at the firm.
