Old Mutual Wealth has named Andy Pomfret as new non-executive director to its board.
In his new role, Pomfret will chair the firm’s Audit Committee and will also join the Board Risk and Remuneration Committees,

In addition, he will be responsible for developing the firm’s UK retail investment business.
Pomfret is also currently non-executive director of the Aberdeen New Thai Investment Trust and the Graphite Enterprise trust.
Pomfret joined Old Mutual from Rathbone Brothers, where he served as chief executive of Rathbone Brothers for ten years. Prior to this, Pomfret also spent 13 years at Kleinwort Benson as finance director of investment management and private banking.
