Behzadi most recently served as regional market manager for Southern California and Arizona, managing Citi’s Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Orange County and Phoenix offices and also opened the Beverly Hills office in 2003.
Meantime, Warson has been appointed as head of Citi Private Bank, North America.
Behzadi move follows the hire of Peter Charrington as global head of Citi Private Bank last month.
Warson said: "Under Halé’s leadership, the Southern California region of Citi Private Bank has more than tripled its assets under management since she took office in 2006. During that time Halé has also been a great champion of organic growth and of attracting, nurturing and retaining top talent in the market."
