BNP Paribas Investment Partners (BNP IP) has named Colin Harte as new portfolio manager and strategist within its multi-asset solutions group.
Based in London, Harte will work with BNP IP CIO Colin Graham.

Harte joined BNP IP from Baring Asset Management where he worked for 11 years in several roles including director of fixed interest and currency, and head of absolute return and high alpha.
Prior to this, he worked at Gartmore and Norwich Union Investment Management.
Charles Janssen, head of multi-asset solutions at the group, said: "Demand for multi-asset products was growing at an impressive rate given the increasing need for retirement solutions in both the retail and instititutional space."
