Investview has inked an agreement to acquire the Certus Wealth platform from CertusHoldings.
The acquisition will boost Investview’s assets under management to $300m.

Additionally, the deal will allow Investview to deliver new product lines to complement its flagship education platform for investors.
Investview said that it will operate the Wealth Management Platform through its branch network throughout the Southeast.
The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval by both parties Board of Directors, will expand Investview’s financial service offerings.
Following the acquisition, Investview will take over operations and control of the Certus Wealth Platform which includes CertusSecurities and CertusInvestment Advisers.
