AXA Investment Managers has appointed three new members to its board of directors, further strengthening the board’s global experience with the addition of Christof Kutscher as chairman, Barbara Fallon-Walsh and Peter Clarke as external non-executive directors.

Christof Kutscher joined AXA IM as Chairman of the Board of Directors in April 2014, after a successful career in the asset management industry, having worked with UBS Global Asset Management in Europe and Asia, LGT Capital Management and Swiss Bank Corporation. He is based in Hong Kong.
Barbara Fallon-Walsh was appointed by AXA IM as an external Non-Executive Director in April 2014, and has previously held executive positions with The Vanguard Group and Bank of America. She is based in the US.
Peter Clarke will also become an external Non-Executive Director at AXA IM SA, AXA IM UK/GS as well as Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee in the coming months. Peter spent 20 years at Man Group, rising to the position of CEO in 2007, and brings corporate banking experience from Citibank and Morgan Grenfell, with a background in law from Slaughter and May. He is based in London.
