Paul Faulkner, the co-manager of £177m Baillie Gifford European fund, is departing the company.
Faulkner will be succeeded by European equity team member Moritz Sitte, who will co-manage the fund along with current co-managers Thomas Coutts and Stephen Paice, reports Fundweb.

Faulkner has been working at the fund group since 2000 and has served as the co-manager of the fund since June 2010.
He has reportedly left the firm to take over a position with a sovereign wealth fund.
The fund has returned 49.62% over five years as against an IMA Europe Ex-UK average of 28.87%.
