BNP Paribas Securities Services has hired Ian Perkins in the role of acting head of Australia and New Zealand.
Perkins joined the company in this year January as the head of sales.

Before that, he served as co-owner of Morse Consulting Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for leading the company’s expansion into Asia.
Moreover, Perkins has earlier also worked at State Street and RBC Dexia Security Services.
Perkins’ appointment in the new role comes after the sudden exit of BNP Paribas’ managing director Peter Baker earlier this month.
Baker departed from the company to take over the role of head of Mercer Sentinel’s Pacific business.
