Walker Crips, a UK-based integrated investment and wealth management firm, has further expanded its investment division by hiring Ian Amiee as an investment manager.
Amiee’s appointment follows the recent hires of five other advisers from Barclays Wealth and Charles Stanley.

Amiee has joined Walker Crips from JM Finn, where he was previously an investment manager.
He began his career at Stockbroking firm Simon & Coates and specialises in smaller companies in the medical and technology sectors.
Commenting on the move, Walker Crips CEO Rodney FitzGerald said: "The board’s strategy has been revitalising our investment management, wealth management and stockbroking businesses.
