Maples Fiduciary, a unit of MaplesFS and a provider of specialised fiduciary and corporate administration services, has launched an office in London.

The new office will mainly offer corporate and fiduciary services to UK companies, limited liability partnerships as well as structured finance vehicles.

It will also offer UK facilities agent services to Irish and Luxembourg UCITS along with process agent services.

Also, Maples Fiduciary’s corporate and fiduciary services will be offered for clients already working with the Maples group in other jurisdictions. 

The team will be headed by senior vice president Sam Ellis, who will be assisted by other strategic hires in London. The team will also include Tina Jehan who joined earlier in 2016 in the role of vice president, as well as Charles Leahy and Michael Drew as vice presidents.

Tina Jehan joined the team earlier this year as vice president and brings over two decades of corporate and fiduciary services experience with a focus on the investment funds industry. Charles Leahy joins Maples Fiduciary as vice president. He is a highly experienced senior transaction manager with more than a decade of experience and expertise in UK securitizations and structured finance.
