Based in New York, the firm works with banks, asset managers, private equity and real estate firms, according to fa-mag.com.

Prior to establishing the new firm, Kiley worked with CTPartners as a senior member of the global real estate practice. She started her career with Russell Reynolds in 2005, managing the asset and wealth management practice.
Before to this, she also worked with Bank of America as managing director and head of institutional distribution for Columbia Management Group.
Kiliey also worked at JPMorgan Chase as managing director and head of global sales and marketing of chase asset management. She was also a founding partner and Head of Sales and Marketing at Seix Investment Advisors.
