Based in North Vancouver, VELA provides wealth advisory services to HNW people.

Under the partnership, Harness will provide VELA clients will access to diversified and low cost investment products.

Harness has also developed model portfolios that will utilise investment funds of its asset management partner Purpose Investments for VELA clients.
