Fund and corporate services provider Crestbridge has hired Michael Johnson as the group head of fund services.

Previously, Johnson was Intertrust under the same profile in the Channel Islands.

At Crestbridge, he comes with 17 years of experience in international financial services and replaces Michael Newton who will now lead client delivery.

Johnson will be responsible for further improving Crestbridge’s overall funds proposition. He will also support managers operating across various asset classes to comply with regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.

On the other hand, Newton will supervise client delivery and operations for Crestbridge’s fund, real estate and corporate services teams.
