US-based Fidelity Worldwide Investment has bolstered its income-orientated fund range by launching a new Fidelity interest & dividend multi-asset fund.

Dubbed as Fidelity Zins & Dividende Fonds, the Luxembourg domiciled fund will invest across several asset classes in order to achieve stable distributions.

Managed by fund managers Eugene Philalithis and Nick Peters, the fund will invest across equities, government and corporate bonds in addition to investing in emerging market debt as well as high yield.

It will also invest in select alternative investments including infrastructure investments. The fund aims a regular income stream for investors of around 5% per year.

Claude Heller, director of retail and wholesale sales at Fidelity, said: "Regular income credited make the success of an investment directly experienced. To meet this basic need of investors, we have our new income-oriented fund family launched."
