US investment bank Morgan Stanley has named Oliver Behrens as new country head for Germany.
Behrens joined Morgan Stanley from DekaBank, where he served as deputy head and most recently oversaw its international sales and capital markets business.

Behrens, who joined DekaBank in 2006, was appointed to the Board in January 2007 and also served as executive vice president of the bank.
Behrens started his career at Deutsche Bank, where he served as global head of structured products for money market products as well as short-term fixed-rate bonds.
