Andersen Tax has opened a new office in Germany through the addition of Alegis Gmbh Steuerberatungsgesellschaft in Düsseldorf and a satellite in Luxembourg through Alegis S.a.r.l.
The new locations, which will be managed by Alessio Rossi, will strengthen the firm’s footprint in Central Europe.

As part of the expansion, a total of eight Partners namely Sandra Behn, Frank Brobius, Michael Buder, Christian Burgardt, Carsten Feldmann, Christoph Freichel, Peter Klein and Alessio Rossi will join Andersen Tax’s global organization.

Alegis Gmbh Steuerberatungsgesellschaft delivers corporate and private client services including tax return preparation, tax litigation, tax planning, deferred tax preparation and support, transfer pricing, succession planning, tax optimization, corporate legal services from outsourcing to M&A, and accounting-related services including IFRS, the firm said in a statement.
