Vistra, a trust, corporate and fund administration services provider, has unveiled a new refreshed brand identity that integrates the group’s global brands, Vistra and OIL, under the same family.
As part of the name change, Vistra and OIL will operate separately as distinct and complementary brands.

Additionally, Vistra Group partner, TAKA will operate with its current name but will be brought under the new brand identity, while NovaSage will continue to operate under its own brand identity as a Vistra Group Company.
Vistra said that additional brands joining the Group through acquisitions will also operate under the new brand.
