Dart Capital has acquired Waterson Jones from its owner and founder Martin Jones.
Dart Capital, based in the City of London, provides wealth management services to 275 clients and manages £270m on their behalf. Waterson Jones advises on invested assets of £150m on behalf of 100 clients.

Martin said "I have known Richard Whitehead and Matthew Wille for many years and John Orpen for considerably longer. Both firms have enjoyed a long association with PwC and advise many current and former partners and I am delighted with the new arrangement."
He added "Dart Capital is successful, well-resourced and ideally placed to support clients of Waterson Jones."
The combined firms will manage and advise on £420m of assets with 21 staff in 2 offices.
Richard Whitehead said "Dart has grown organically over the years, predominantly stemming from the referrals of our clients and those of other professionals.
